Cancellation, Return & Exchange Policy
at TorqueBear™, we are committed to delivering premium automotive accessories with complete transparency. We understand that issues may occasionally arise, and our policy ensures fair handling for all customers.
🔄 Order Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement or before dispatch, whichever is earlier.
- Cancellations are not allowed for:
- Custom-made or painted items
- Imported or pre-ordered products once confirmed
- To cancel, please reach us on WhatsApp or email with your Order ID.
📦 Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns under the following conditions:
✅ Eligibility Criteria
- Return request must be raised within 3 days of receiving the product.
- Product must be unused, in original condition and packaging.
- Customers must provide:
- A clear unboxing video, OR
- Detailed timestamped photos proving the item is unused and was delivered in a non-functional or unacceptable condition.
⚠️ No return request will be accepted without proof of product condition at the time of delivery.
🔁 Exchange / Refund Options
For valid returns, the customer can choose between:
1. Product Exchange – If the same item is available
2. Store Credit – Issued digitally, valid for 6 months
3. Cash Refund – Applicable only if:
- The item is defective
- The item is damaged during shipping
All returns are processed only after the returned item is received and inspected at our facility.
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Electrical/electronic components once installed or tested
- Custom-painted or modified products
- Used products or items showing signs of wear
- Clearance / final-sale items
📸 Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:
- Record an unboxing video or take clear, timestamped photos
- Report the issue within 24 hours of delivery
Once verified, we will:
- Ship a replacement (if available), or
- Offer a full cash refund or store credit, as per your preference
🕒 Unclaimed Orders & Deliveries
- Orders uncollected for over 30 days will incur storage charges.
- After 60 days, a final notice will be issued.
- If still unclaimed after 74 days, the product may be resold or discarded without refund.
🚚 Shipping Costs
- Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the issue is due to our error (e.g., damaged, defective, or wrong item).
- In case of valid returns/exchanges, the customer is responsible for return and re-shipping charges.
💳 Store Credit Details
- Issued via email/WhatsApp after return approval
- Valid for 6 months
- Can be used for any future purchase on torquebear.com
⚖️ Legal Compliance
Our policies comply with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 (India). All disputes are subject to jurisdiction in Kochi, Kerala.
